Any help or insight would be much appreciated. Over the past few days I've performed the usual troubleshooting steps (rebooting, resetting the WAP, disabling IPv6, re-installing the driver, etc), to no avail. I experience the problem at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

All my other wireless devices ping the internal GW 1ms without fail. In addition to the disconnects, I'm experiencing latency to the internal GW around 14-18ms.

For example, I can download a 2GB file at 22mbps with no issues, only to be disconnected while doing some light browsing later in the day. The disconnects do not seem to be tied to any particular activity. The computer in question is 8 feet from the WAP, and has 100% signal strength. None of my other wireless devices ever have problems, only this particular computer. Right clicking on the wireless icon and repairing always fixes the problem. Pasting here, the diagnostics from Windows Troubleshooter : This issue started on Windows version 1909 (3 days ago) and I upgraded to version 2004 (day before yesterday), thinking it would solve the problem, but nothing happened! I have installed all windows updates, updated the wifi adapter driver to the latest one from Dell's website. I have to reset wireless network adapter on laptop everytime to connect with any available WIFI network! This is painful, because I am working from home during COVID pandemic and cannot afford frequent disconnection. It shows no network to connect, despite having my wifi router working alright with other laptops / mobile phones. Switching on or off from the hardware switch (Fn + Wifi) does not even reboot the wifiĪdapter on laptop. My wifi keeps getting disconnected every 30-40 minutes or so.
